Is this a registered SBR?
Yes. This rifle is a legally registered short barrel rifle and will be transferred to your selected FFL/SOT dealer on a Form 3. All NFA rules apply.
Is a tax stamp required?
Yes. A $200 NFA tax stamp and an approved ATF Form 4 are required to take possession of the rifle through your dealer.
Can I request the original 16" barrel?
